Each spring, Oyama Sausage Co. celebrates the bold, rustic flavours of Italy with our annual Italian Weekend at the Granville Island Public Market.
For four delicious days, we will feature a wide range of Italian-inspired sausages made in-house, alongside imported Italian specialties that showcase the rich traditions of Italian cuisine.
