Available 7 days per week. Orders must be placed by 5pm on the day prior to intended pickup.
Orders can be picked-up anytime during store hours (9am to 6pm daily)
Orders can be prepaid using credit card and delivered to vehicle if requested

We make over 400 products throughout the year, many of which are constantly changing, so we are unable to maintain a complete list of all our products that we have in stock. However, the following are lists of some of our popular items that we typically have available: Specialty Meats, Specialty Cheeses, and Weekly Fresh Sausages.
Product availability and substitutions
Pre-orders are prepared the evening prior to pickup based on inventory available at that time. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve products for pre-orders during the holiday season. The only exception is for Swedish hams, which are reserved.
If you would like Oyama staff to substitute products for any items in your order that are out-of-stock, please identify the products for which you would want replacements and your preferred substitute items. If you don’t have a preference as to specific substitute items, please note that in the order and Oyama staff will do their best to replace the out-of-stock item with the most similar product available.
Oyama staff will confirm your order when it is received and reviewed (normally within 24 hours).
