A few special dates to keep in mind in this May…

Cinco de Mayo weekend – Friday May 3rd – Sunday May 5th

 

This is our first annual weekend dedicated to celebrating Latin American cuisine.  Basically, we will be making every type of Chorizo you’ve ever heard of (okay, maybe not that many!)  We will also have Linguica, Butifarra and other spicy treats!

Mother’s Day Weekend – Friday May 10th – Sunday May 12th 

We like to make something special for mom each year. This year we will have lots of pates, terrrines and a new parfait! Grab some baguette, wine and enjoy some quality time and great food with mom this weekend!

May Long Weekend – Thursday May 16th – Monday May 20th

For all you fair weather grillers, May long weekend is the official start of BBQ season!  This is the time of year we bring out our full line-up of smokies and hot dogs. We also make over 40 types of fresh sausages, perfect for the BBQ, including our famous Chili Cheese Bratwurst and Southern Pulled Pork sausages So grab your tongs, a cold drink and of course, some tasty items for outdoor cooking!

Craft Beer Weekend – Friday May 31st – Sunday Jun 2nd

Vancouver is celebrating Craft Beer Week and so are we!  We use some of Metro Van’s amazing craft beers in many of our products.  Think Craft Beer Ham, Craft Beer Salami, Dark Beer Chorizo, Beer Brats and much more.  Prost!
