Truffle weekend – Friday Mar 6th – Sunday Mar 8th

This is our 2nd Annual weekend dedicated to Truffles! We will be featuring many of our own truffle salamis, sausages and pates including some new creations for all you truffle aficionados!  And lots of truffle cheeses to pair!

St. Patrick’s Day “week” – Friday Mar 14th – Tuesday Mar 17th

This is the weekend to celebrate the Irish in all of us! We will be cooking up fantastic flavours from the Emerald Isle, including Beef Onion Stout, Irish Spring Chicken and Potato Leek sausages.  Baked ham smothered in Kilkenny glaze and corned beef ready for the pot! Pair with laughter and Guinness!

 Free-range pork – Cheam View Ranch – Friday Mar 20th – Sun Mar 22nd

Back for a second time! We are featuring heritage breed pork from Cheam View Ranch.  The ranch is run Jeff and Rachel Vrieselaar in beautiful Agassiz, B.C. The heritage cross pigs are free range and fed a diet of grass, grain and local produce.  Hormone and anti-biotic free! We will have lots of fresh sausages available made with Cheam View Ranch pork.

Aloha Fest – Friday Mar 27th – Sunday Mar 29th

This annual Spring Break tradition has become a staff favourite at Oyama – every year we bring out the flavours of the tropics to warm up Vancourites who can’t make it to the aloha isle!  Fresh sausages including Maui Beef, Ginger Chicken and Mango Rum Pork as well as some amazing Pineapple-Rum glazed ham.
