Cheese and Sausage Fest – Thurs Nov 2nd to Sun Nov 5th

We celebrate our diverse selection of delicious cheeses this weekend with lots of local and international choices. We bring in some new cheeses and seasonal items just for the occasion! And, because sausage and cheese make an amazing pair, we bring out some of our scrumptious, oozingly cheesy sausages such as Gouda Brats, Cheesy Italian, Cheese Smokies, Lamb with Feta!

 

Simmering Sausage Long Weekend – Thurs Nov 9th – Mon Nov 13th

 

The perfect time of year for simmering sausages!  We make Saucisse Vaudoise, Saucisson à Cuire, Rheinlander, and more.  All smoky and yummy for stews, beans, lentils…. Delicious comfort food for cool and wet fall evenings!


Cassoulet Weekend – Thurs Nov 16th – Sun Nov 19th

This is the weekend that many eagerly wait for all year!  Enjoy this classic French dish made from beans, pork and lamb. Add duck confit, French sausages and garlic butter for an amazing meal.  And don’t forget the wine! Bon appetit!

 

Blood Sausage Weekend – Friday Nov 24th to Sun Nov 26th

Boudin Noir, Morcilla, and Scottish Black Pudding.  This is the last time we will make them until 2018.  Pre-order to reserve.
