January 2018 at Oyama

HAPPY 2018 from OYAMA!  Keep warm this January with some delicious comfort foods – simmering sausages, sauerkraut, smoked pork chops and British pork pies – great fuel for all those winter activities! Oyama’s Famous Sauerkraut Fest – Thursday Jan 18th – Sunday Jan 21st

It is that time of year for the tastiest Alsatian style sauerkraut at Oyama.  Fully cooked, with an array of yummy sausages, both fresh and smoked, kassler and more.  Pair with a bottle of your favourite white wine and enjoy a delicious warming weekend with Oyama!


Robbie Burns Day – Thursday Jan 25th

January 25th is the day for all things Scottish!  Haggis, black pudding, white pudding, lots of bangers….  We only make haggis once each year, so best to pre-order and reserve yours.  Enjoy with a smoky single malt!


First Boudin Noir and Morcilla of the year – Friday Jan 26th to Sunday Jan 28th
