Asia is a huge continent and at Oyama we gather so much inspiration from the many flavors you come across right here in Vancouver, the gateway to the Pacific Rim – Japanese, Thai, Indian, Malaysian, Vietnamese…to name just a few. Enjoy Sake Sesame Chicken, Miso Pork, Thai Green Curry Lamb, Rendang Beef, Teriyaki Duck, Night in Bangkok Bison and many more, as well as our incredible Chinese Plum Sauce Glazed Ham – wow!
Thursday April 21st to Sunday 24th – Bring Out the Bangers
For all our English ex-pats and anyone else who loves a great sausage – we bring you a weekend of an incredible selection of bangers, Gammon Bacon, Black Pudding and our world famous pork pies (these have passed the grueling tests of our customers)! Our delicious glazed ham of the week will be Orange Whiskey Glazed ham – mmmmmmmmmmm!
