Cheese fondue and other easy cooking ideas, ideas for party trays with cheese and charcuterie, sampling cheeses, sausages with cheese in them – that`s what the Oyama Cheese Fest is about, so don`t miss it.  We love cheese because it is delicious and nutritious!  We will also have our wonderful simmering sausages on this weekend – Saucisse Vaudoise and Saucisse à Cuire.  Order ahead, we only make these once a year, so get them before they are gone!

Vancouver can not possibly do without this iconic event!  Order your cassoulet forms as soon as possible. $15.99/form, one feeds 2 generously.  Add some of our Toulouse, duck confit, Parisienne à l`ail and Beurre de Gascogne and you`re set to get warm very quickly!
